What is a home inspection?
A home inspection is an objective visual examination of the structure and systems of the home, from the roof to the foundation. It’s like giving a home a physical exam. It is not an appraisal to determine market value, nor is it a municipal inspection to verify local code compliance.

Edifice inspectors will not “pass” or “fail” a home. We provide a detailed and objective professional report on the physical condition of the property, indicating any needed repairs or replacement.

We welcome your presence and encourage you to attend the inspection, which on average, take about two to three hours to complete.

NOTE: Our Code of Ethics precludes any Edifice inspector from soliciting or referring other parties for any repair work.
