Alan Way was very professional and courteous. He explained details of his findings to me. However I was disappointed with the office staff personnel once I was told by the inspector that I should get the sewer line scoped after my inspection and was told by office staff that since I didn’t schedule it in advance, before I knew I needed it, that I would not receive any multi service discount if I wanted it done. And I would be charged full price as though I had not used your company before. This was my second home inspection that I have had done with your company and I also had the termite inspection. I believe that I should be given a discount if I decide to have the sewer scoped. Thank you Alan for your service Julie Arnold
